PulseStep is a web-based lifestyle modification program designed to help motivated individuals improve their health, physical condition and quality of life.
PulseStep recommends a gradual increase in physical activity mainly through walking and a healthy, low calorie Mediterranean-type diet. Support to manage eating cues, overcome barriers, negative thinking and slips and lapses is provided through access to a community forum and lifestyle coaches.
The program is offered in English and Spanish and all recommendations are based on the latest scientific guidelines.
